Steam Pork with Black Fungus and Salted Soy Beans 豆酱木耳蒸猪肉




My little dragon started like to eat adult food more than toddler food.  Today I cook this dishes for myself as lunch and who know she wants it too.  So we have our lunch together.  

Ingredients :
Pork
Black fungus
Salted soy beans
Water
Spring onion (for decoration)

Seasoning :
Light soy sauce
Sugar
Pepper
Grapeseed oil
Corn flour

Method :
  1. Soak black fungus in water until soften, drain well and shredded.
  2. Marinate pork with seasoning, mix well.  Then combine with soften black fungus, salted soy beans and water.  
  3. Put to electric lunch box to steam for 1 hour.
As usual I use the base my SEED SD-966 and tier of my SEED SD-967  to steam it.
