Steam Pork with Black Fungus and Salted Soy Beans 豆酱木耳蒸猪肉
My little dragon started like to eat adult food more than toddler food. Today I cook this dishes for myself as lunch and who know she wants it too. So we have our lunch together.
Ingredients :
Pork
Black fungus
Salted soy beans
Water
Spring onion (for decoration)
Seasoning :
Light soy sauce
Sugar
Pepper
Grapeseed oil
Corn flour
Method :
- Soak black fungus in water until soften, drain well and shredded.
- Marinate pork with seasoning, mix well. Then combine with soften black fungus, salted soy beans and water.
- Put to electric lunch box to steam for 1 hour.
As usual I use the base my SEED SD-966 and tier of my SEED SD-967 to steam it.
