Stir Fried Minced Pork with Carrot 肉碎炒红萝卜

I make this rice bento to my little girl this morning and take it to her nursery as lunch.  She love to dine with her schoolmates instead of dine alone as at home.  She cough for almost a month and not recover yet.  So I make her bento by myself as her school always serve chicken and she will not get recover from cough if eat chicken and egg.  I sprinkle some nori flakes on her rice too.  She finish ALL.

I don't want to give her too much choice like main course, dessert, appetizer as she will not finish her main course.  She will priority the dessert and appetizer first.  After finish, she will be so full and won't be able to finish her main course.
