Pork & Potato Claypot Rice 猪肉马铃薯煲仔饭



Lunch for today for 2 adults by my SEED SD-212 Electric Lunch Box .  Here is the recipe :

Ingredients :
Pork (marinated)
Potato (Cubes)
Garlic
Small red onion
White rice (Wash and drain)

Marinate Ingredients :
Oyster sauce
Light soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Sesame Oil
Corn flour
Black pepper

Method :
  1. Marinated pork with marinate ingredients.
  2. Heat up frying pan with grapeseed oil.  Stir fry garlic and small red onion.  Add in pork and potato keep stir fry.  Add little water to make gravy stir and simmer.  Set aside by separated the ingredients and gravy to separated pot.
  3. In the pot of electric lunch box, put in white rice and gravy, transfer it to electric lunch box to steam for 1:30 hours.  Ratio is 1:1.  (Tips:  After 1 hour open to check if the rice cooked or not, if not yet, u may add in more water to steam for another 30mins.  Don't put too much water one shot to prevent the rice too wet as claypot rice very hard to get the right ratio)
