Seafood Spaghetti 海鲜意大利面


Today I've ready this quick and simple lunch for myself and my little one.

Ingredients :
Garlic
Small onion
Mushroom
Prawn (marinated with pinch of salt)
Dried Parsley
Grated cheese
Grapeseed oil
Sesame oil
Black Pepper
Pinch of salt
Light soy sauce
Water


Method :
  1. Cook spaghetti, add in some salt and grapeseed oil.  Cook until soften, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat up pan with grapeseed oil and sesame oil, stir fried garlic and small onion.  Add in mushroom continue stir fried.  
  3. Add in cooked spaghetti and stir fried together with the ingredients.  Lastly add in prawn.
  4. Add seasoning (salt, black pepper, dried parsley, grated cheese, light soy sauce) and water, stir fried and simmer with lowest heat until prawn cooked.  Dished up immediately once the prawn cooked.  (If cook too long time, prawn will turn hard).
