Mushroom Fish Fillet Porridge



Super buzy these few days and unable to upload this tasty porridge recipe.  Well, i always love to use my SEED ceramic steam pot  to cook variety of foods for my little dragon.  Here is the recipe :

Ingredients :
Mixed grains rice (Pearl rice, red lentils, buckwheat)
Fresh mushroom
Cherry tomato
Spring onions
Fish stock (Fish bones, salted vege, tomato, ginger)

Seasoning (Optional) :
Sesame oil
Black pepper


Method :
Put all ingredients to ceramic steam pot except spring onions to steam for 1:30 hours.  After 1 hour, add in spring onions and continue cook for another 30 mins.
(Serve it by apply seasoning with it, but this is optional, even without it, it taste good too as the fish stock already made the porridge very tasty.)
