Melon Puree Chicken Soup 鸡粒瓜茸羹



Ingredients :
100ml boiling water
150ml Melon puree
Grated carrot (pre-cooked)
Fresh mushroom (cubes)
Chicken breast meat (cubes)
Coriander herb
Fried garlic oil (optional)
Corn starch water

Method :

  • Put all ingredients into SEED SD-919 Electric Warmer Cup and do setting 加热 and cook for 60mins.
  • Add corn starch water to make the soup be thicker.
  • Add fried garlic oil to make it taste better. (Optional)
