雪耳番茄炖猪肉汤


Again, I use my SEED SD-966  ceramic pot to cook this soup for my little dragon today as dinner.  Hope she will like it.

Ingredients :
Pork 猪肉 (I don't have pork rib so I just use pork meat)
Snow fungus 雪耳 (Soaked)
Cherry tomato 番茄
Goji berries 枸杞 (Soaked)
1 cup water (I use chinese rice cup)

Method :
Put all ingredients into steam pot and steam for 2 hours.
