Pork Rib Chicken Leg Soup 凤爪猪骨浓汤



We need rush to airport pick up daddy and i need to make sure she will finish her dinner on time.  So I cook her this tasty soup to serve with rice cause all the times she love all her mummy's home cook soup.  I use my favorite mini ceramic steam pot of my good helper - SEED Electric Lunch Box SD-966 to cook this soup.  Here is the ingredients and recipe :

Ingredients :
Pork rib 猪骨
Chicken leg 凤爪
Peanut 花生
Black eye pea 眉豆
Red dates 红枣
Goji berries 枸杞

Method :
  • Wash pork rib and chicken leg bring to boil.  Drain and set aside.
  • Soak peanut, black eye pea, red dates, goji berries.
  • Transfer all well prepared ingredients to mini steam pot to steam cook for 2 hours.
