Steam Claypot Rice with Minced Meat, Sweet Potato & Carrot
Ingredients :
Pearl Rice
Minced Meat (Marinated with corn flour, sesame oil, pinch of salt)
Baby carrot (diced)
Sweet potato
Method :
Put all ingredients into ceramic claypot to steam for approx 1.5 hours.
