Homemade Yogurt by SEED Electric Lunch Box SD-966




Ingredients :
400ml warm milk (cooked and leave to cool until approx 40 deg c)
20ml plain yogurt

400ml – 500ml boiling water (for base steam cook purpose)

Method :
1)Cook milk and leave it cool until approx 40-50 deg c (slightly warm not hot)
2)Pour milk to ceramic pot and add in plain yogurt. Mix well. Don’t overmixed.
3)Pour boiling water to the base of electric lunch box SD-966 and set it to yogurt (酸奶) and steam cook for 8 hours.
