Chicken Yam Rice 鸡肉芋头饭


Chicken Yam Rice 
鸡肉芋头饭

Ingredients 材料 :
A )Garlic  蒜, Dry prawn 虾米, Small red onion 小红葱
B) Yam 芋头, Chicken breast 鸡胸肉 (Marinated)
C) Cooked rice
D) Pinch of salt, Dark Soy sauce
Marinate Ingredients :

Grapeseed oil, sesame oil, black pepper, pinch of salt, oyster sauce, corn starch

Method 做法 :
1)Pan fried all ingredients (A & B).
2)Add ingredients C & D.
3)Pan fried for a little while and put into electric lunch box to steam for approx 30mins.
Tips : 
1)If use uncooked rice, pan fried all ingredients. Set aside. 
2)In another pot, put in clean uncooked rice as well as all the ingredients   1.  Rice :Water ratio = 1 : less than 1 if the pan fried ingredients have a little gravy.
3)Put to electric lunch box to steam for approx 1  hour.

Non Pan Fry Method :
1)Put all ingredients to electric lunch box to steam for approx 1 – 1:30 hours.
