Cheesy Fresh Mushroom Cabonara Macaroni



Ingredients:

Olive oil
Garlic
Fresh mushroom
Garlic butter
Minced pork (Marinated with corn flour, pinch of salt, oyster sauce, black pepper)
Red chilli
Spring Onion
Macaroni
Water

Sauce:
Mushroom powder
Pinch of salt
Cream cheese
Parmesan cheese

Method:
1)   Cook macaroni, drain up, set aside.
2)  Heat up pan with garlic butter and olive oil. Stir fry garlic until fragrant.
3)  Add in fresh mushroom, minced pork, red chilli, and continue fried
4)  Lastly add in cooked macaroni, sauce ingredients, spring onion as well as water.  Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
