Last weekend I've bought 1 kilo of the small fish to cook fish soup to my little dragon. She love fish soup and pasta so much. So I use the fish soup to cook the pasta for her dinner. She was very happy to see the cartoon pasta with her favorite soup. Here is the recipe for the fish soup :
Ingredients :
1/2 kilo small fish (any kind of small fish)
3 medium size tomatoes
1 big onion
2 chinese tauhu (cut into small cubes)
Salted vege
Ginger
Water
Method :
Put all ingredients into a soup pan and let it cook for around one and half hours.
Pasta cooking method :
- Cook pasta with plain water until 80% soften
- Add in frozen meatball and continue to cook with the pasta
- Dish up and drain off all the water
- In another pan, transfer some fish soup as well as the ingredients of the soup i.e tauhu, tomato and bring to boil
- Transfer the cooked pasta and meatball as well as some spring onion to the boiling fish soup. Add in little light soy sauce (I use liquid amino) and sesame oil, stir and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
