Cheesy Bread Loaf


Ingredients :
115g milk
1 egg
25g unsalted butter
25g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
220g Premium Hp Bread Flour
30g Rye Flour
3/4 tsp instant dry yeast

Filling :
3 cheese slices
Olive margerine

Topping :
Black sesame seeds
Grated cheese

Method :
1)  Put all ingredients by order to breadmaker.  
2)  After 1st proof, press pause and take out dough from breadmaker.  Flatten the dough into a flat oval disc by a rolling pin.  Apply the filling ingredients on the flat oval disc and roll it.  
Put back the dough with filling to breadmaker and click continue.
3)  After done 2nd proof and before the setting jump to bake process, press pause again and top up your dough with black sesame seeds.  
4)  After 30mins baking process, put grated cheese and let it continue bake until it done.
