Minced Pork Tomato Oat Porridge 肉碎麦片粥


So much busy cleaning house to prepare for coming Chinese New Year.  The little one no feeling well and did not send her to nursery today.  So I prepare her this oat porridge as our lunch for today.  Super easy and healthy recipe.  Not oily, not heaty. Very ideal recipe for the little one and adult.

Ingredients :
Oat
Marinated minced pork
Tomato

Marinate sauce :
Water
Garlic powder (optional)
Sesame oil
Salt
Liquid amino / light soy sauce
Corn flour

Topping / Seasoning :
Spring onion
Flax Seed Powder 
Sesame oil
Liquid amino
Black pepper powder.

Method :
  1. Cook oat with tomato until the oat start slightly soft and thick.  Add in marinated minced pork, simmer and keep stirring until the meat is totally cooked.
  2. Top up with spring onion and flax seed powder.
  3. You can add some seasoning base on own preference.
