Toddler's Chicken Rice 儿童鸡饭

Very fast and super simple dinner for my daughter tonight.  She keeps saying : 饭饭好吃 ! (Rice so delicious) . Hahaha....I am sure this is what all the mummies like to hear it. As it is super fast and simple, so it only 2 ingredients needed. I use my SEED Electric Lunch Box SD-975 to steamcook it.

Ingredients :

Marinated boneless chicken drumstick meat (cut into bite sizes)

Hainan chicken rice paste

Pearl rice

Marinate sauce :

Corn flour

Sesame oil

Water

Pinch of salt

Liquid amino / light soy sauce

Black pepper

Method :

1. Marinate chicken meat with the sauce.
2. In a stainless steel pot, wash rice and drain off.  
3. Add in correct water ratio 1:1 to the rice as well as all the ingredients.
4. Steam cook it for 1 hour.
5. In another pan, boil water and cook some green vege and serve it with the chicken rice.
